Product Overview:

This product is a cylindrical high-temperature filtration material manufactured from specialised aluminosilicate ceramic fibres via vacuum suction moulding. Its structure operates on principles similar to bag filters, yet offers significant advantages in high-temperature resistance, filtration precision, corrosion resistance, and service life.


Featuring an exceptionally high porosity (≥82%) and filtration efficiency of up to 99%, this dust collection tube operates stably over extended periods at temperatures ranging from 200–800°C. Working Principle:

During operation of the dust removal system, pressurised suction draws dust-laden gas onto the outer surface of the dust removal pipes, where particulates are effectively trapped.
Once dust accumulation reaches a certain level, reverse airflow (pulse jet cleaning) is introduced into the pipes to dislodge and collect the adhered dust from the outer walls, enabling repeated use and continuous filtration.
