According to specific temperature requirements and various operation demand, the tube-type electric heater module can be made into various sizes to meet your demand for some industrial production process.

The modules are made of high quality ceramic fiber bulk by corresponding formula, and processed by mold making, vacuum suction filter, drying, carving and polishing etc. They are widely used in the lab and industrial furnaces, used as the heaters and insulation.

With different types of resistance wire, the continuous operating temperature is up to 1350 Deg. Celsius. Adopting the embedded heating wire, after being dried, there is supporting strength for heating wire to avoid the reaction of heating wire during subsequent using process, which makes the service life longer.
