Insulations for various types of Kilns

With growing demand of the ceramics, there are various types of kilns put into use, including the Shuttle Kiln, Laboratory Furnaces with large capacity, Mesh-belt Kiln, Roller Hearth Kiln, Bell-type Kiln etc., the usual working temperatures ranges up to 1750 °C, use the sewing module and high temperature ceramic fiber boards as the insulation lining.

According to various temperature requirement, we offer the Grade 1260 and Grade 1430 sewing modules, as well as high-temperature ceramic fiber boards as the lining of the kilns. With our specific design and unique processing technology, it saves a lot of cost during the installation and operation, and more friendly to the environment.
